Description

Road trip along route 56 in Iceland. Driving in the more remote areas of Iceland, you can travel long stretches of road with no other vehicles. This black and white photograph was taken through the windscreen of our hire car, while my friend was driving. I chose a square crop for this image to concentrate on the road and the dramatic cloud formation over the distant mountains.
